Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (resonance.alephcreativehub.co.za) or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Products & Digital Downloads
Digital Products: We sell digital ebooks in EPUB and PDF formats. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download links via email and on the thank-you page.
Delivery: Download links are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing purchase.
Access: Download links do not expire. You may download your purchased ebooks at any time.
Pricing & Payment
Currency: All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once download links have been accessed or delivered.
We may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing download (we'll first attempt to resolve)
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Product significantly not as described

License & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:
- Download and read the ebook on your personal devices
- Make backup copies for personal use
You may NOT:
- Share, distribute, or resell the ebook
- Upload the ebook to file-sharing sites
- Remove or modify copyright notices
- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works without permission

All content, including but not limited to text, characters, storylines, artwork, and website design, is the exclusive property of Sitreyah Kotelo and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.
